I founded Resilient AF Training in direct response to toxic fitness messaging. I take a body neutral, anti-diet approach to encourage joyful movement and support your fitness goals. I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer and lifelong movement enthusiast. I offer 1:1 personal training, buddy group sessions (train with 3-5 of your favorite people!), and small group fitness classes in Portland, Oregon. I can also offer virtual training sessions for folks who already have some foundational fitness experience.
