Overview
Hello! My name is Sarah, and I'm a strength & movement coach who helps people leave behind strength training intimidation so they can get strong & take on life's adventures. I've been a coach since 2020, but weightlifting since I fell in love with it in 2015. As a weight-neutral coach, I focus on helping my clients build strength in a compassionate and inclusive environment so they feel capable of living their daily lives and confident in trying new things.
